What is SMM? What does it do?
SMM (Free Consultant Engineer) contributes intellectually to engineering services for Electrical-Electronics-Control-Biomedical engineering for which offices are authorized to design, implement, test, control, accept and sign, and to provide services in accordance with science and technology in any subject related to these services. It is called SMM Service. The person who performs these services is called HCP.
